This could truly be a big competitor to .COM (especially being a "typo").
I would say with proper guidance .CO could REALLY have a bright future!

RE pop:

Maybe I'm just cheap, but $5/mo plus an additional $5/mo per user seems expensive for what you get. I see no examples of "popped" pages. Some demos would be nice.


EDIT 8/14--> Ok, so they are making money as a G app reseller. Still, a minimal web presence w/ 10 additional users @ $660/yr seems high.

If anyone here has a "popped" site, I'd like to see it please (post or pm). Thanks

.CO sales definitely seem to be picking up. DNJournal reported the sale of Battery.co for $18,000, Disability.co for $5,100 and Entel.co for $3,500.

Starting to feel good about the future of this extension. I'm holding onto 3 .co's that were registered the day of open availability back in July 2010.
