Congratulations! No doubt 666 really is lucky just like the Eastern people have claimed.

Bleep, bleep.

Once again, it's relative. There ARE many more people losing in .com. But also some gaining a lot more. Relativity, my friend, relativity...

... I'm sure more people lose money in .com than they do in .co!

Please help!
Does anybody pay less than $20,69 for a .co transfer to GoDaddy?
How much and how?

Thanx in advance!

ps. I've got a discount domain club membership, but the transfer price with a 31% discount seems to be the same like without the membership.

More people lose in .COM than any other TLD.

A larger percentage will lose in .XXX (i.e. about 90% using my Trademarked Estimating tool).

Hey, Oppinus,

I also have a DDC membership, but I'm not sure you can combine the discounts. Sometimes it seems like coupon codes work depending on what I have in my cart, and sometimes they don't. I never bothered to transfer my DomainMonster .COs for that reason.

Overstock Launches O.co Travel & Picks Priceline To Run It

According to a press release issued yesterday, Overstock has just selected the Priceline Partner Network, a unit of priceline.com (Nasdaq: PCLN), to power Overstock’s new travel website, called O.co Travel.

It's such a non news story. They basically just became an affiliate, I have Priceline on a couple of my sites as well. This move also made some affiliates unhappy because they just put up a leak on their site. And checking o.co, it's just a redirect to overstock.com, I just see o.co in the logo on the travel page, that's it.

Seems kind of stupid to issue a press release about O.co Travel, only to have it redirect to the Overstock.com home page with no mention of O.co Travel. These are not marketing geniuses, that's for sure.

I am not trying to defend Overstock at all, but first try to sell goods for over BILLION DOLLARS a year and then critisize about their genius, ok?

Who cares how much in products they sell, they have been consistently losing money.

Overstock shares were worth $20+ (July 20th, 2010) when the acquisition of O.co was announced.

Today shares closed @ $7.51, hitting a 52 week low.

After a disastrous rebranding effort, maybe Overstock is not as smart as you are giving them credit for.

This thread still talking about o.co?

overstock peaked between 04 and 05 and their stock not muck over the low of 08

I bought one thing from them and ended up returning it. Amazon and ebay works for me. I wouldnt be surprised if overstock slowly disappears.

I'll give them credit for their past success, but any investor will tell you, in business it's all about "What have you done for me lately?" And you have to admit this hasn't been a good year for Overstock.com, just look at their stock price.

And publishing a press release for a website that isn't yet working is Marketing 101 FAIL, d'oh!

Do we give them credit for having to financially restate that success as well?
