Not currently. By the welcome to NamePros, since I haven't interacted with you yet. This post should go under "NamePros Info and Suggestions" under the "Registrar" section. You can get .co.nz domain names at GoDaddy. If you do not have access to a Credit Card to pay there, you can certainly get enough NP$, and then ask if someone would take the NP$ in exchange for a GoDaddy Reg, that they can push to you. Remember that the going rate right now is in range of .017-.018 depending on the person you are making an exchange with for NP$. So this means you're probably looking at +/- 3000 NP$ for a .co.nz reg.
