I've been regging a few .cn domain names for $1,95. Good registrar, only thing is registrations are not real time, it takes about 2 to 14 hours before your domain is registered, but for that price i don't mind the wait. I've been using them for some time now and must say i'm very pleased with them.

What is the renewal fee? I found that it only costs $0.13 to $0.53 for a .cn for the first year through Todaynic!

You can transfer to 20u.net from a Chinese or ovesea registrar.
Most Chinese registrars won't allow you to transfer out or change the registrant's name unless you do some paper work (photo ID or business license, forms, seals...)

$3-$19.99, if you've grabbed the $3 deal last year, you can renew it for $3 this year.
If you register for 10 years, the annual fee is $6.99

The promotion have been there for a while now. But you still can get some good names with good searching. China might be a market to look in nevertheless is a very price sensitive market. But for .cn you can get from WebNIC https://www.webnic.cc at only $0.99 cents. Just a deposit of US$100. But this US$100, not only limited to .cn alone, can be used for any other extensions available.

hi, I am newbie for this forum and bump up this post.
I have some cool *cn names yet but not too much.
In fact, there are more than 9 mllion *cn names had been registered by people from different countries Of course, mostly by Chinese people.

Since *.co.uk are selling on SEDO. I assume someday *.com.cn (domain for companies) will be on sale on SEDO.

BTW: CVCV &. VCVC type domains had all been reigstered
