I saw it among the expired and i passed on it because ( to me ) doesn't make totally sense. If it was cloubackingup or backup it would be a different story..
Again, I am not native English so I might miss something here but I think you won't go very far away from low xx.

I don't see much in the way of inherent value, but fwiw in terms of visualisation, the first thing that came to mind when I saw "CloudBacking" was crowdfunding, eg. sites like Kickstarter, and microloan sites like Kiva. So the phrase is not totally without anchoring; it would just need developing or pushing to that particular crowd.
