An example of a proper guideline to disqualify a member from participating would be:

Only members with the following qualifications may participate:
1. Have a minimum of 100 posts
2. Been a member for at least 12 months
3. Must not have any negative feedback
4. Must have at least 3 positive feedback

Keep in mind that all guidelines must be clarified prior to any bids being placed. You may not change guidelines after a bid.
