Not a bad company name, but you will have to find an insurance company that's about to start and looking for a name to sell this. Most established insurance companies are unlikely to change their name. It will be very difficult to find a buyer IMO. I wouldn't buy this

I was giving my honest opinion.
However, I was unaware that there was an SA company with a substantially similar name. You may try selling to them if willing to risk it. Insurance companies do not mess around when it comes to legal. Though maybe someone else might be interested.

I do not see how. Even if there is a company named MaxiInsurance in the US, you always can say that you are targeting, for example, the Zimbabwe market. This name will rather bring money.

Insurance companies are very proective on their brands, I'm not sure if they own local marks in their country, but if they do, and your defends is my little brothers name is maxi, so I registered the domain maxi insurance for him, you are going to get a bad faith ruling.
