1. We understand that members make mistakes and generally hold all bids binding if they have been published for more then 3 to 5 minutes. In this case, the accidental bid was removed within 30 to 60 seconds. It appears to clearly be an accident.

2. A member may not bid against them self. With that said, the $15 bid would be the high bid.
