While you may be right, some "catchy" domains have sold for more than 47k. Sometimes, a little luck may help !?

I dunno, FunFacts.com is a pretty great domain and I have seen far weaker ones sell for mid $xx,xxx before.

I can see the .net going for mid $xxx.

Could be nice if developed, but this is not a big-ticket domain. Nobody is going to pay a lot for a domain that is not commercially viable.
On the other hand, a developed (and monetized) site can be sold.
