I am new to the forum and trying to learn the ropes. I am confused when I see BIN or Make Offers where there are a terrific amount of Bumps and Ups. It's not an auction, so what are the Ups and Bumps all about? Are you Bumping and Upping every time you get an offer through a PM to let us know you are getting many offers?
