Hi tried looking up gun on namebio - lot of 4 fig sales, mostly below 5k. Printer lots of 4 fig sales, some 5 figs and 3dprinting is fast-developing.

Not sure you need a printer specific to printing guns so to me not quite a category killer (!) but short and sweet and worth plenty of $$$. Could be a tech site or designs for those who print guns or want to.

Not knowing your offer I'd say maybe look for $10k for an opener. Do you know anything about the client?

I wouldn't put this up when you have received an offer, they buyer can easily google and find this thread and if people say $50, they might think thats what its worth

Research well before countering, you can find out everything from the email address, even hotmail, yahoo addresses

Yes and we can all agree the name is worth minimum $10k.


Also while printing guns might be risky in many ways, there could be lots of clearly ok printing of accessories.

I like the name, but I think it is a tough one to value. Printing of guns is going to be a very contentious subject and probably outlawed in most jurisdictions. Not sure any "big" businesses will want to associate with the name.

Would be great for a site that crowd sourced free downloadable plans for 3d weapon printing, but I think some folks have even gotten into trouble over that already. Developing this could be high risk for the owner.

If the offer is X,XXX or higher, I think you need to take it seriously. It really comes down to what you paid for it (I thought I saw you post this in the hand-reg thread?) and what amount you wouldn't feel bad about letting it go at.

I acquired it fairly recently on the after market. I paid a very reasonable price but the offer I received seems to be a bit of a low ball.

Hi I suggest looking at the thread about smartguns and thinking about all the add-ons and accessories for guns. A person could set up as a printer of custom stocks, grips, locks, storage units etc etc so my opinion of this name has gone up. Not to mention there is huge interest in the whole legal question around printed guns - people are googling the phrase "gun printer youtube".
