I'm looking for some help here, just catched it -registered 2001, PR2, exact match search is around 4-5k per month, I saw same domain without the"-" listed for some nice sum at SEDO, but I think it is a bit overrated, so Please help me guys "sports-wear (co.uk)" - what do you think I should ask for?

Is that search volume for the UK?

I'm not British, but I most commonly hear Brits say "Sport" rather than "Sports". So I'd expect that "sportswear" is an American word that may fit poorly with .CO.UK.

Dislike the hyphen here.

If the word turns out not to be used much in the UK, then I'm afraid the domain has zero value.

Well Google Adwords for UK gives :
"sportswear" - 8100 monthly searches
"sports wear" - 3600 monthly searches
and all kind of sports wear combos - men, women, child, cheap etc,
while:
"sportwear" and "sport wear" - Uk search show around 200 monthly searches

That said it proves the exact match of the domain is the perfect UK used word, about the hyphen, well it does lower a bit the exact match power- maybe with 20% not more.
I was thinking about branding and really any Sports wear manifacture can use this domain as main selling or presentation point for its business.

Having above said I still have no clue what price to set for this domain, I was thinking for something in the range 2-3K USD - ofc I'm fairly new to the domain flipping so if I'm mistaken a lot please feel free to correct me, this is why this forum is about.

the hyphen, the .co.uk - not gtld, the keyword volume not impressive, consider yourself very lucky if you get 50 bucks, though i sincerely doubt that anyone will offer that much for this domain
