Waste of money, sorry. "Mail" is already pretty weak word, and Item? Ruins everything.

My advice is, don't renew and learn more about domains, here on NP.

I do agree with the above but, on a slightly brighter note, these type of heavily associated names, such as 'Mail' can find buyers who are looking to put-together a 'Unique' proposition in regards to their services.

The word 'Item' however doesn't sit good as a word match, What are we envisaging ?
Every carrier has some form of Size/Weight to Price ratio. Hard to imagine an alternative model
