Your domain looks good. GT1.com sound as Great Team 1, value on Estibot $ 38.000, then godaddy appraise for $ 6.882. It is difficult to know real value, but your domain very brandable ,memorable and suitable for end user.

Reasonable price range $ 350 - $ 2.000 or more on real market. If you build website before selling this domain , build organic traffic and many more, value will increase ,so $ 38.000 or up isn't impossible

At least a couple thousand.

I have some in this format (LLN) that get unsolicited reseller offers frequently in that range.

Nice name Riz....can easily fetch 5 figures

Easy 5 figures, liquid all day long, China friendly also.

Previous sale shows sold at Uniregistry about 4 years ago for $37K.

GT Gran Touring or Gran Turismo

Many cars have GT versions, ie) Mustang GT

A long shot could be a common term Greater Toronto

4 years ago, was the peak time for chip sales and that's most likely why it sold at that price.
no one knew how high the prices would go, until the :poop: hit the fan
then as the chip hype faded, the crypto craze began

so, when looking at past sales, also look at the trends of the time.... at that time.

imo...

I never take any name as a chip :)
Reason of acquiring this name was GT1 its actually term in Car Racing Games..
right now one game is very famous in VR which is Gran Turismo and getting very popular with time..
GT1 would be great for car racing game or Racing Car accessories related any site..
i hope to have your better understanding .. :)

I never take any name as a chip

whether you take it as a chip or not, is irrelevant
the point, was about the past sales price and how chip sales influenced it

as, had it not sold for that much then, would you have same anticipation now?

i hope to have your better understanding

Riz, i'm fully aware of what the letters GT could be used for and i'm not disputing that the name has value...

however, some of the appraisals are higher than the cost for a couple of average 3 letter.com.

not saying it's impossible to get what it sold for years ago or even more.....was just giving you some insight that the fascinated might not know.

Good Luck!

imo...
