Asking domianers to speculate an appraisal is just that There are many domains with appraisals that connot sell. A reg fee domain maybe the most honest apprasial you can get. I do think there is some potential but there is also a line you need to draw if you continue you renew what you cannot sell.
The only reason i see value in the name is the earnings of public speakers mind you they may have a whole world of choices when it comes to domains.
