Could be a useful name if developed. Looking through flyer names, this could only be xxx range although the appraisal says it's $1,200.
Auction could be a good way to sell it.

Don't believe in automated appraisals. Use your head to find out is there potential markets for your domain and who could use it for what purposes.

With that research you will get far. Do research for even couple of days, that's way better than register name without doing any research - Automated appraisal bot can't do this.

Don't know the value of this name, but I think serious buyer can buy this name for around mid xxx amount IMO.
