Thanks guys , I thought it's a good for asthma related medical products , asthma blog / info , etc
not a 10k name , but hope to flip it with a good margin , that's why I bought it

I agree it's not the perfect tld but , those one word category definers words are doing good , for example , i read that Concrete.io sold for 10 k if I'm not mistaken

Yeah, I'm hearing that alot...I have several .io single word domains that valuate in the mid to upper xxxx's, but they're not moving as fast as I'd like them to. I'd be happy to get couple hundred for each of them. Live and learn.

Where I think .io is only good for short tech related terms .. I think the future of medicine does merge heavily with tech. As such I don't think it's an all that bad domain. However .. I also don't think it's strong enough to merit the risk/reward when you factor in the expensive holding costs of .io.

you gotta think that at some point there's going to be some sort of body-chip that senses when you're about to have an asthma attack and then releases a counter-action agent into your system (or maybe I watch too much star trek? .. lol). The only issue you have here is that I think any medical start-up will be a little too well funded to bother with a .io.

Maybe if you do some outbound on medical-tech companies you might get lucky .. otherwise I fear it could be a while.

That would also explain why you are having a hard time selling the domains you have registered.
