I would guess computer.parts is better no ?
But I am not aware of a market for this extension anyway.
My advice: do not register a name you're not prepared to keep and develop :)

@Kate Thanks for your comment.
Before I invest in any name I always evaluate the domain. Will keep it and maybe develop it. Without servers there is no and will be no internet! The term "computer" is a little bit outdated IMO :xf.wink:
For now I'm waiting for the Namepros members feedback.
Thanks!

I personally think its a great name and if developed could make you some money and be great for resale.
There is a market and a need for Server parts, and the domain is brandable with its right/left of the dot.

Now in terms of value, I'm not sure. The new GTLD, although they sound great the market is still not mature enough to predict and it seems like everyone wants a dot com no matter how nice the new domains are. Yet this domain could be worth a lot to the right end user, or you may end up dropping it (if you hold a lot of similar domains) like I dropped most of my new GTLDS that I thought were great too.

You should try an outbound sales campaign with it and see what happens. A lot of potential end users.

Wishing you the best with it.

Thanks for your evaluation. I have similar thoughts about this domain. The last server I bought was over 30,000 Euros. There is an estimation on Quora that there are 80+ million servers online and countless offline (not connected to the internet). Server manufacturers are selling over 3 million new servers every year. In the past I had two occasions where I had to use a service intervention for a very known american server brand and this was far away from cheap. I have found a lot of businesses using the term "serverparts" in their domain. This could be an upgrade name for them. Imagine the subdomains: brandx.server.parts; brandy.server.parts; brandz.server.parts etc.etc....:xf.smile:
