Mostly currency exchangers or just people that like Bitcoin, yeah. I could see how it would be worth something to a currency exchanger.

I don't know why you purchased this domain name.
But if you registered it as a security concern, and with no intent to profit, rather to help paypal, then do the right thing (gift it to paypal), and get out of the appraisal section. with respect
You could also try to grace delete it, and get a refund from your registrar. > grace deleting and getting a refund is smarter than you selling it for $25. If you profit from paypal name, you are liable. If the new owner uses the domain for malicious purposes, you are likely not immune. Thus, don't sell or profit from this domain.
If you contact paypal with the white hat approach,
be sure to let them know of the security concerns you saw.
If you're detailed and helpful, there may be a bug bounty in store for you. Opposed to the obvious concerns of attempting to sell (explicitly profit from) a domain like this.
Such concerns might be:
- help preventing global bitcoin scams or money laundering
- several different registrants since 2011 suggests it would have been re-registered
- It last expired on May 7th, 2020, and you registered it 3 days later on May 10th, 2020
- Tell them how you became aware of the domains availability. If from expired domain list

Note the below screenshot from signin-paypal.com which indicates a possible scam (or malicious intent) from the recently expired domain that had dropped on April 25th, 2020, and was subsequently registered on 3 days later, on April 28th, 2020.
Seeing the evidence behind bad faith expired domains containing paypal.com, and ones perception leaving it unregistered might have posed a security risk, and as such one might have felt a duty or obligation to register it to protect internet users.
