Unfortinately VR.AI has very little value because new gtlds have no limits on renewals. They can make renewal $25,000 a year for this domain. You will have to drop it. Coms are limited by ICANN. So the value is very little. Whats the renewal for it? $8? like dot coms. 99% of big brands all use dot com. Also VRAI is a french word. They did not buy it for weird combo of vr and ai, but for the word value. The fact that Vrai;com is developed vr.ai has almost zero value again. Nobody wants to lose all its traffic to develop website.
I think if renewal is high u should drop it if its $10 have it and pray for a sale. Also I am sure VRAI.COM has huge type in traffic . vr.ai has pretty much zero typeins. I would pray for xxx from some newbie domainer who does not know any better. $$$$$ THE VALUE OF IT TODAY is under $100 $$$ BUT THAT DEPENDS ON RENEWAL IF ITS HIGH THEN ITS ZERO. WHATS TH RENEWAL PRICE?

.ai has a lot more potential as it represents an entire industry just like .io
Many .ai have been sold for mid high 5 figures already:
Music.ai - $101,000
Analytics.ai - $50,000
Human.ai - $45,000 and so on....
Google, Microsoft, Apple etc. and many government agencies already hold .ai domains
The domain VR.ai is a rare 2 letter gem and already having loads of traffic because of the key letter combination VR + AI. There have already been 4-5 figures offers made in the past, and if not in need of some urgent cash, I would gladly hold onto it longer.
The renewal cost is $50 per year from beginning and they are infact working on bringing it down.
.ai is a GLTD representing a country of Anguilla and administered by government of Anguilla. So there is no way it will increase beyond this, especially quoting $25k for domain would be practically driving internet businesses out of this gLTD domain space and country, which is never going to happen as its administered by the government of the country.
But nevertheless, I appreciate you taking out time to share your opinion, its much appreciated.
