Doing the usual park them for 6 figs that's happening with 1-word AI and see what comes in as offers. Last year had received numerous $500 and $1,000 offers from domainers for these. What would fair selling prices be retail?

According to NameBio, there have only been 6 publicly reported 6 figure .ai sales. $258,888 was the highest. I'm also guessing that if I went to the owners of the .com versions of your domains and offered them $250,000, they would say yes.

My first thought when I saw those domains was, I really don't want AI to be able to breed or cloak itself. (No offense to any AI entities reading this.)

Fair retail price? I'd say mid to high $xxxx.

If you scan Sedo these days for 1-word AI, you'll see lots of 6 figure, make an offer listings. Seems to be the thing.
