Reg fee undeveloped; even developed, you'd have a heckuva time getting traffic even to the dot.com of this version, let alone dot.net/info's.
Would have been nice to have bought some extensions of climategate itself. When I checked right away, climategate.net and other extensions were available, and climate-gate.com was available. Then I hummed and hawed over it for awhile, and the next time I checked - last nite - they were all taken, in many extensions. I snooze, I lose! Same thing happened with unfriend (see it in the news)... I waited, and a few hours later all the extensions, and un-friend.com, were taken.
Obviously tons of domains are going to be regged around climategate; domainers will take the word climategate and tag all kinds of endings onto it, as they do when any new word takes off. Time will tell if this news item continues and these domains become worth much... but in my opinion, at present and near future time, your terms with the dot.net/info don't have a value beyond reg fee, undeveloped.
FYI:
climategateForum.com is still available. ClimategateBlog.com is taken.
eClimategate.com is taken.
I didn't get any climategate names.
