I love the domain it is very catchy. With the historical financial bailout which just passed this would be a great site to develop. Global warming is a huge issue now and I would bet that one of the "Green Groups" might love this domain. They could say "Politicians will bailout the economy but not the world in which we live" or something like that. In the mean time you may want to to put up a blog with some articles on it. I think now this it worth mid$XX to low $XXX to an reseller to an end user the possibilities are endless. Hope this helps
