Not quite - it says domain names need to be priced $20 or less. I started the auction at $1 - priced lower than $20.

Correct, $20 is the max bargain bin price, therefor the auctions in bargain bin are capped at $20 and first to hit that number should win the auction.

iowadawg is correct. The max price in Domain Name Bargain Bin is $20.

Since the seller is expecting the price of over $20, I have moved it to the auction forum.
