I would say Registration Fee, or maybe low $XXX to the right end user. It's the transitive form of a word (circumflex) that I had never heard of.

Do you have any specific use cases for the domain?

Thank you! It is not necessarily a widely used word but I think that it could be used for a blog or a marketing site.
