It is potentially brandable, although confusion with pronounced/spelled sidew is possible.
Might work for dew control related product company although other possibilities could build on the ci or cid start.
Like any brandable, probability of selling is probably lowish, but if it does sell such a short com brandable is probably at least low/mid $$$$.
Have you tried submitting it to a brandable marketplace?
