None of them are developed. I'd view the COM as a good domain, the NET ask at around Mid X,XXX area is a bit on the adventurous side, but that's just my view. If you found Low / Mid XXX on the CO, I'd consider that a good result (depending on the end user). I don't want to be mean by saying its valueless, just not an easy sell IMO

The tld (dot)co is not as valuable (dot)com or other popular tld. So xx range imo. Good luck.
