Hmm, i like this domain, a typo of chocolate but could also, potentially be a standalone name. I would give you XX for this name myself.

It is a french word. :)

That's sweet. Nice name. Not sure how you can develop this site, though.
Low to Mid $xx I suppose.

French for chocolate, could be a great reseller/affilliate page, should be good for searches (though you might NOT be able to verify that, due to OVT's limited abilities).
Develop it, check out cj.com and linkshare for aff programs, though there are a ton of aff management programs out there-most of them suck. Good Luck.
Undev: $xx
Dev w/traffic/sales: $xx,xxx

Like Morph said, it's the French spelling of chocolates. Coupling that with a .us extension makes it an automatic typo, because no one spells it like that here.
It should be a decent typo when the traffic to .us extensions starts picking up. Right now, I'd say Reg Fee.

Good Luck with it.

I'd say Low - Mid $xx , the extension hurts the value IMO!

It is worth Low $xx in resale market, high $xx or more to an end user. Good Luck

As said above it's a French word and it doesn't fit the .us TLD.
I would regard this one as a typo unless you get unexpected traffic then it may boost value. Failing that I would appraise at low-$$. Good luck with the name.
