Chinese spam mail?

I'm getting these emails in my spam box constantly and they usually have a qq number in the message for contact. Are these just bots or is anyone else getting them?

还记得我吗?记得早点睡,我的朋友 ----.net 域名 800能转卖我吗
老总祝你今年再发大财----.net 800能出售吗？
昨天听小光头说 我诚意800收购你的 ----.net 域名

My thinking is that 1, it is a phishing attempt to collect e-mail address for your registrar account info, 2, a lowball offer mass email to get names cheap.

I've always use different e-mail addresses to reply.

Mass low ball offers for Chinese premium domains. I get similar emails as well.
