Am I too risky for TM issues ? I think they are generic terms discribing airline industry in China.
China Airlines can't even re-claim ChinaAirlines.com (Owned by an Information Co.), they are pushed to use China-Airlines.com ...

Wow, interesting. I can't see why they wouldn't be able to contest the .com owner for TM violation. Even if the info company had TMd it, they would have had to have done so in a class for use as an airline, to make it stick, which is doubtful. My best guess is that China Ailines is simply not pursuing this, or that they haven't created a proper TM, which isn't the case.

What might have happenned, is that the info company TMd the name in a class for use other than as an airline and beat China Airlines to the punch in regging and using the non-hyphened domain name, in which case, the airline has no recourse. The site or name server for ChinaAirline.com is down, so it's difficult to see exactly how the info co was using it.
