Hi, great name and everything. Site is alright, although I have a pet hate of forums always looking the same ( :lol: but I would imagine you akready have a jist of that by now). Nearly every forum has the same, monotonus "box" design, which just gets slightly boring after a while. I suggest either tone it down and make it professional and keep it "boxed", but with one column, instead of 3 eg:namepros or do something else with it.

Currently you have too many boxes on the page, many without enough stuff in, such as your sponsor's box which on my res stretches far enough for 3 banners in it.

I like what bits you have done though. The box headers with the dark blue to light blue is nice, and the logo is "cool".
