useless?....Well, I won't waste my time is reviewing all of your insightful appraisals.

I admit, I have only been in this biz for 8 years, so I still have lots to learn. On the other hand, maybe I will find the time to read all of your appraisals. No doubt I will be much more educated after I have done that. I will take my time, though as I can only absorb so much info at one time.
