I actually like the name.. I think it can be a nice website developed, but parked.. the .net hurts it for type in... so development seems to be the only way to pump this sucker of some cash.

I love the name, but I am no pro in appraisel, but if you find the right buyer for it, i could be worth something down the road. Maybe a girl/teenager type of forum or something. I think its brandable as long as you don't sell gum

my guess is that a premium charicter is a domain that makes sense or pronouncable (sorry for my spellng) for examply jkyu.com is not a premium charicter domain but yude.com or juke.com would be (I could be wrong though)
