Really? Surprised it was appraised at triple digits? Sorry, don't see how it could have any resale value at all due to the obvious trademark issue. The team could grab the name in a flash if they wanted it thru WIPO.

There could be some revenue if developed and only used as a fan club site and the big 2 if's which are: (1) Assuming the team does not object to it, and (2) Assuming you can get traffic to a dot-net. There are both very tough issues.
