domain ChicagoSuburbs.org - Please appraise

I haven't had domains appraised in a while because I have been doing a lot of development. I never stop looking for good domains but I just haven't reg'd any in a while....until today. I thought this name is pretty good and it fits the .org ext well. The .net is a developed Realtor site and the .com is parked.

According to Archive.org it has a couple pages dating back to 2001, but nothing major...just junk pages.

Google exact is 3900....

Will you develop it? I bought lots of Geos in .org I think .org works well for Geos actually and they can still be reged or acquired cheaply, allowing for a decent ROI. There are lots of non profit sort of things you could spin with geos, such as community organizing, information about volunteering, etc. imo.

yeah, I want to develop it as soon as my current project is complete. It might be a while but that is the plan, unless I get a decent offer. But I used GEO199 at godaddy and got it for $2.4x...not too bad.
