Sorry but I can't help thinking that the spelling is wrong for a co.uk name - although "checkbook" would be okay for the US it would not be appropriate fot the UK, where the spelling would be "chequebook". For that reason I do not think that the value of this co.uk would really exceed reg. fee.
Just my personal opinion.
