What may seem easy to you (installing, editing, make a new design) may not be easy for everyone. Not anyone can do it.

I agree with that. You can charge people over internet for things those are being provided for free. User can charge for installing, editing and even telling the source site.

For example people tell dropshipping websites right ? Actually if you search carefully then you'd be able to find that exact dropshipper for free however they charge you for providing you information only. There are many other examples.
