Where is the cheapest .info that accepts Paypal? I dont have a credit card, so I cant take part in the free .info offer, so I need somewhere thats cheap, that accepts PayPal. Thanks,

You can let them drop. It's just like getting them at domain site, but you have to request the RIN which is a little bit of a hassle. But not too much.
