I don't see why they wont allow proxies - they limit your cpu usage so it's not like you can cause any other customers any harm.

"Hello, all of our VPS packages are upgradable, even to dedicated server. Right now, we do not permit public proxy websites/scripts however. This is because we have received abuse complaints due to bots and scripts using the open proxies to post spam to blogs and such.

Which is fair enough.. ^^ Why does eveyone want to create a proxy site all of a sudden, bizarre....

Anyway, have just moved 1plus.net to a Jaguarpc.com VPS which came highly recommended over at webhostingtalk.com. Might wanna head over there for more options.

At the moment I wouldnt like to comment whether Jaguar were good or bad, but at plans starting at $19.95, tis not a bad price.
