Whould you be so kind to recommend cheapest registrar or registrars for .tv especially for .tv transfers? I have some .TVs on GoDaddy.com, but their renewal fee of $39 makes me upset.

Name cheap is about $18 for new registrations and i've heard that renewals are $22.

You can defray some of those costs with promo codes. Godaddy usually has one for 20-25% off $100 checkouts.

So $30 apiece for renewing 3 .tvs. Not too bad if you want to avoid transfer costs to NC.
