I really, do not like to put down other users, without proof or experience with that particular person, but this person is no good.

I would like to ask everyone to avoid this guy, he is a scammer.

He has been banned on every forum he posts on for scamming and harassing other users.

He is selling proxy hosting, when his Datacenter specifically says he cant. If you want to risk get suspended or terminated by the datacenter, then the choice is up to you.
