Yeah, your gold plan is expensive, hostgator offers same, for less, with free WHMCS and domain reseller, but im looking for cheaper

I would just like to point out that HostGator's plans do not have overselling enabled. That means you cannot create packages with bandwidth/space that you don't have.

I would also suggest reconsidering your budget if you want "fast download" and all of your other requirements. The fact that HostGator, of all places, starts at $24.95/mo is a sign.
