Hello,

I am interested in selling my domain name.

Cheap-Land.com. Low Priced Property!!

I have been using it for several years. I am going to be doing something different and no longer need the name.

Here are some recent stats from the site:

http://www.cheap-land.com/stats.jpg

This site's report show the name as #2 on several engines using the words CHEAP and LAND as keywords:

Free Search Engine Ranking, Positioning, Rankings, Rank

I have checked the links from other sites and there are a fair number of those. I used both of these:

Domain-Pop.com - Backlink Checker, Back Link Check, Popularity

Domain popularity analysis: Backlinks and link strengh

Also please give me your opinions on what would be the best way to sell it. I am looking for a quick sale as I want to buy a home.

Thank you in advance,
Steve

For the domain name only I would say high $xxx to low $xxxx, but I may be a little generous in my valuation. Good Luck.

The "fine print" on your site is bigger then the rest of the font.. (i might just gotten you some traffic:)
Also the site and the dash in the domain name is not good.
I think you could sell the domain for High $xxx ONLY because of the solid traffic..

Have you tried parking the site.. possibly getting some rev from that traffic..

Best of luck!

Thanks for taking the time to check it out.

The site uses a script that automatically generates web pages of properties. It includes making thumbnails. All the pages have templates that are very easy to modify. All the 'meat' was on the other pages. There was actually very few words, mostly photos and videos. I will add a link under auction and another under sold to give you an idea.

Thanks for the estimate.

I have not tried parking it. The company I found required 10 good domains before they would park them. What company would you suggest I try? At one time I thought about buying a bunch and parking them, and maybe reselling. I got the impression that there just wasn't much money to be made parking domains. It has been a couple of years but I remember something like $9 a month per domain. For a really good one maybe $20. I may be off on those numbers as it has been a while.

Thanks again for the opinion and info.

At first that company didn't want to park my domains either.. but i sent them a nice email and they changed their mind.. Parking a domain can generate some income.. i have a domain that is paying for all of my domain reg fees and allowing me to buy some goodies on ebay..
Good luck!
