Cheap Fully Coded, Custom Comedy Design

I'm looking to sell a comedy template that I was going to establish with a comic strip, and a funny image/jokes section. Basically, I could only do this with a couple of partners, but my partners backed out and so here I am, not too interested in doing it by myself.

It was custom designed and coded by chanakya, which is his username at DigitalPoint. The site cost me $200 for coding, design, domain, and hosting.

What will you get?
- fully coded/designed template with a custom admin panel (you can customize the entire site yourself, or contact chanakya to work on it for you via msn)
- all content that was added (which is not much), a compilation of 514 funny images which can easily be added to the site, full rights to the site.

How can you make money with this?:
- Google ads
- Sell banner space
- Any other network similar to adsense (YPN, adbrite, etc.)
- Sell merchandise

A comedy site is a great site that will draw quick traffic.

I'm selling the coded design as is, though like said before, the design can be further fixed up for free by chanakya.

Price: $30, yes I'm taking a nice loss.
