It means you can't buy the database, then resell it as is, without first adding to it or modifying it significantly, or selling it in conjunction with an article site.

Ive been trying to port the dbase for a while now. I think i got it converted, but in phpmyadmin, i can only upload sql files of 2meg or less, and this is like 95 meg, does anyone know how to get around this.

I imported mine from the command line, you could ask your host to do this for you if you have no shell access.

mysql -hlocalhost -uYOURUSERNAME -p DATABASENAME < articles.sql

Obviously replacing YOURUSERNAME and DATABASENAME with your information.

It should then prompt you for your database password. It may take a minute or so to import because it's quite a big database.

Don't really have the time right now to do something like that for free

I think oliciv has the right idea. After looking at the file, I realized that it's probably easier to write a script around it, versus converting it, but still looking into both ways.

You could try BigDump it's a PHP script that should work and its free.
