My friend gave me http://chathelp.info a few days ago, since he didn't have any use for it. I put up a pretty simple layout and started adding pages. My question is, should I bother developing it? I want a site that I can either start making money off of (at least $30 a month) or a site that gets the uniques necissary for $250-400 within two or three months.
Any ideas on how to achieve that? Or if the domain is even worth the effort of trying to achieve?
