Chatbots are only becoming more popular... it's still a young industry. If you were starting a business and you really wanted to name your company chatbot.co, then paying up to $1K for it as an end-user would be a safe bet (although I am not familiar with .co names at all)

Of course you would lose a ton of traffic and mindshare to chatbot.com, which looks like an already thriving business.

So that said, I'd look at a different name

I had fbot.chat. I hasn't offers and did not renewed it. And the domain was bought. I believe that chat bot become a popular technology. middle-high XXX$ in my opinion

At the moment, there are not as many chatbot developers and customers. And they are not yet ready to pay a lot for the domain. But I think the price of such a domain will increase over time
