can someone help me the chat room isnt working. when i click on the link a blank page appears ???\

works for me... which is an indication that the problem is with your computer... try checking your Java :p

Refresh the page, nonenone.

The chat hasn't loaded for me on ocassions, usally a refresh does the job.

If nothing, then make sure your Java settings is all alright.

chat isn't working for me right now either--and hasn't for the last two days.

Works for me. If it still doesn't work, you can also try:

- downloading a fresh copy of the java runtime (I think that's what its called ...)
- switching browsers; at one point, without me changing anything, IE worked with NP chat, but Netscape wouldn't

If you're getting a blank page, that's most likely the solution right there. Go to www.java.com and click 'Get It Now' to upgrade your browser's java. It doesn't take long if you're on broadband.

yeh i had problems with it but i upgraded to java.com and a restart and it seemed to fix it

using IE, upgraded the java, and still getting a blank page.
