Here is a site where people can chat. It doesnt have Chat Rooms, but it has forums. It had 60+ users until I gave admin to some freak who decided to delete all the users and forums. It has traffic.

Well see... It doesnt because I cannot transfer it for another two months...but I will allow you to use it if you pay to keep it hosted on my server. Hope your still intersted. :blink:
