Chat script / software

Hi guys,
Does anyone here know of a chat script/software that I can use on my website? I am looking for a software under $200.

Something similar to RealChat http://www.realchat.com

Please let me know if you have used or heard about any good scripts.

Also if you have any software for sale let me know.

You could use java chat and they are free or if you have cpanel you could install a chat

theres a pretty cool chat in php, it cost $5 it uses flash!
But! since i already paid for it... and knowone told me i cant let anyone else it heres the download links
